Sulfate online monitoring instrument
Product Introduction
Under slightly acidic conditions, excess barium chloride is added to quantitatively produce barium sulfate precipitate with sulfate ions. The remaining barium ions are titrated with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium solution at pH 10. In titration, not only excess barium ions are titrated by ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium solution, but also calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water are titrated simultaneously. Therefore, the total hardness in the water sample should be included in the calculation.
