Online monitoring instrument for water quality hardness
Product Introduction
According to the national standard GB/T 6909-2008, advanced and precise quantitative devices, multi-channel solenoid valves, powerful and stable PLC controllers, and independently developed photometric endpoint determination detectors are selected for the detection of water hardness, achieving full automation of the water hardness detection process. The automatic titration system slowly drips EDTA solution into the water sample through a precision measuring device according to a preset program. During the titration process, the system automatically adds an indicator to observe the color change. Optical sensors are used to detect the intensity of the color and determine the endpoint of the color change. Based on the amount of reagents consumed, the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in the water sample can be determined, thereby determining the hardness of the water quality.
